Day 1 - I Did It!

Okay, I know, it’s only one day, and it almost didn’t happen, but my 30 day plan for November began with me really not wanting to get out of bed any earlier. ┬áSo, instead of totally caving in, instead of playing Frontierville on Facebook, I opted to take step one in my plan to ride my exercise bike 15 minutes every day for 30 days and got on the exercise bike after I fed the dog this morning, rather than jumping out of bed like a madman and scaring my wife!

Now tomorrow will be another rough day, I can feel it already, but I can’t quit this soon, can I?
