A Gray Mood but A Bright Week

For whatever reason, maybe it’s because the skies are cloudy or because Milo decided to bark at something, with all of his barkedness, while I was in a deep sleep last night, but I’m in a gloomy mood.  I’ve been trying music, thoughts, and just “Come on, Andy, get with it!”, but for most of the morning I’ve just been blah.  You would think I would be shouting from the rooftops, or at least proud of myself, and I guess I am, because Milo and I did the early morning walk thing for 4 out of the 5 mornings, and yes, they were refreshing, and no, Milo isn’t getting used to the early morning walk, yet, but maybe I’ve got a biorhythm off or something.

But, I am glad I did get into the morning walk thing.  Sure, you might be saying something like “What about that 5th day?” Well, the morning that was skipped was Wednesday morning, and mostly it was because Milo and I did two miles on Tuesday, and then Tuesday night I help my fiance where she works, doing the mopping, and let’s just say it’s a lot of hallway to mop! So, along with the Tuesday walk, there was the mopping, and Wednesday morning I really needed to give my legs a little bit of a rest!

So, I’m heading into the weekend, right now, kind of blah, but I’m thinking that as the day goes on, and the end of work draws near, hopefully that’s going to change!  We’ll see, but at least I know I did a lot better this week on the exercise front, I’m getting back on track on the diet front, and I’m kind of excited to step on the scale come Monday morning and see how things go!
