Okay, It Was a Bad Week...

Yes, last week I intended to get back into the swing of things, but I didn’t.  I did finish getting the free version of my Make Me Smile app off to the app store for approval (fingers are crossed), but I didn’t ride my exercise bike, I didn’t walk that much, and sure edamame is generally good for you, but not when it is smothered in dark chocolate.  My weight didn’t change too much, it was at 203 when I checked on Thursday, but I have to admit I am a little nervous to step back on the scale tomorrow morning.  Guess I just have to take it what for it ends up being, not let it bother me, and let next week be the time to put things back in place to break the 200 mark.

And sure, I should start today, I admit it, but it’s turning into a lazy Sunday, a really lazy Sunday, and I’m loving it.  I’m skipping heading out to see a movie, I’m watching Tiger Woods at The Masters, and just relaxing and working on recharging everything from my mental side to my physical side, as I know some challenges await in the next month or so, and I want to get my schedule back to include my lunchtime walk or riding my exercise bike, in addition to getting Milo back out for some exercise.

Sometimes you need a little laziness following madness, and that’s where I finally am at, until tomorrow, because…
